Our Process

Step 1: Home tour

Upon arrival at your home, we will tour the home to locate all supply and return registers along with the furnace itself and assess the best attachment point for our HEPA filtered negative air machine.

Step 2: Scratch and polish

This is where the cleaning begins! We include our standard scratch and polish cleaning of each individual floor register with the vents being cleaned, we want the registers themselves to shine too. This is one of the many steps that sets us apart from our competition. This process ensures that no residual build up in the boot, or debris that has fallen into the beginnings of the ducting, is left behind.

Step 3: Running air

We will seal off all supply and return registers so no extra debris can get pushed through into your home. One by one, we will begin to push our 14” long rubber whips down through the vent line in its entirety to agitate the debris in the vents. We simultaneously push everything back towards the HEPA filtered vacuum attached to the furnace. This places your home under "negative pressure" and ensures that no dust is leaked into the home through the cleaning process.

Step 4: Furnace touch up and walk though

Once we have run through all the registers in the home, We will run our air lines back into each accessible duct from the furnace to pull all remaining debris out of the system. The furnace will also be gently blown out and vacuumed to ensure no debris finds its way to the heating element or the fan once the system is reactivated. Our team will restart the furnace and ensure that proper airflow is restored throughout the home and all systems are functioning as they were before the start of the service.

Add on: Dryer vent cleaning

The first step in performing a proper dryer vent cleaning is to ensure that the duct connection from the back of the dryer to the exit duct is secure. From the exterior of the home, we will place our bullet brush dryer vent rods into the duct, ensuring proper removal of any debris or blockage inside the system.

This is an optional and highly recommended addition to your home system cleaning.

Add on: Sanitizer

This is an optional and highly recommended addition to your home system cleaning. We use an environmentally friendly disinfectant fog that kills 99.99% of germs in the duct work. To learn more about the product, click here.
