  • Outstanding experience for a process that is lengthy and required access to all areas of our home, including roof access. Jesse explained the equipment, the process and demonstrated the effectiveness of the air duct cleaning system and results through pictures and viewing of the equipment filters. He worked in an efficient and organized manner. Every piece of equipment in his van had a designated area. He was considerate and patient with our three nervous and barking dachshunds throughout the process. After the completion of the work, he cleaned and made sure everything was back in place.
